Donation amount is showing in the campaign but not deposited in my bank account
Gocrowdera is the only platform in India and one of the few platforms globally that does not hold any amount donated towards campaigns and Fundraisers.
Every penny raised on our platform is directly disbursed to the beneficiary via the Payment Gateway. However, the payment gateway takes its own time to credit the amount to your bank account.
For India, the supported payment gateway are Razorpay in India.
Razorpay is the preferred payment gateway for India and has a 7-day disbursement policy which is easy and flexible.
Once foreign funds come to Gocrowdera's account, it is transferred to the beneficiary account after 120 days of the last contribution received. The minimum amount for a disbursement should be $500.
You have the choice of using Stripe or PayPal as your payment gateway.
For all the above two Payment Gateways, the amount raised is credited into the beneficiary account within 5 working days.
